I was touched by your two quotes when I checked into your blog. Having lived through those years of knowing I had a 50/50 chance of getting younger onset Alzheimer's, I am so conscious of my own memory, what I am storing for myself, and what I am leaving as a legacy for my children. I find it takes a lot of concentration to stay in the present, to let the events of right now be so much a part of my experience I can then remember it later as a part of my life.
Great Quotes. I think at this point my son wants to forget more than he wants to remember what is going on around here with my mom but later in life I hope he has more nice memories than the bad ones of me and my mom.
